We had an amazing experience at Great Wolf Lodge! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The resort was clean, well maintained, and there were so many fun activities for everyone to enjoy. The water park was a highlight, with plenty of attractions for both kids and adults, and we loved that there were so many things to do without ever feeling bored. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a true getaway. Great Wolf Lodge is a great place for making memories with family and creating a fun experience that everyone can enjoy. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

Everyone has been very kind and helpful at Great Wolf. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The water park gets a tad bit crowded for the size that it is, and there is only so much fun to have after a while. Our stay is for 3 nights 2 full days, and it is going to be plenty for all of us. I've had some hiccups with my reservation and upgrades. But everyone has been able to correct them when those upgrades were ready to process. One person stood out to all of my party at dinner. Lilith A. Lilith was very hospitable during dinner. She came by and checked on our table regularly for drinks and to remove any dishes. She was informative about the buffet while being kind answering any questions that we had since this was our first time visiting not just about the food options, but about other parts of the hotel. Lilith made our meal check out process seamless unlike other dining experiences at the lodge. Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine is very very lucky to have an employee/server like her. We hope to dine with her again during our stay here.

This was our first time here and honestly we loved it! We loved that they had different activities for the kids to do throughout the days in the lobby. We of course loved the water park and all the arcade games, laser trail, mining, bowling, definitely something to do every single day! We got the Wolf Pack Pass and that was definitely worth it for the kids. Ended every night with some ice cream. And did I mention the buffet for breakfast and dinner option?! We will definitely be back in the future!

Great experience, but less shower rooms in the pool areas. Low pressure of water in the shower room when we visit, and it was super hot like boiling and cant be adjusted. Room is okay, wide and spacious. Lighting in the bathrooms are dark as well, shower temp is also at hot and not sure how to adjust to cold. Room 1719. Great wifi, tv’s are good with youtube and netflix easy to navigate.

We were disappointed with our experience at Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine. We followed all the instructions provided in the upgrade email, requested the upgrade, and confirmed it again at check-in exactly as instructed. We were initially told everything was approved, but after arriving at our room, we discovered that was not the case. I understand that upgrades are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. However, if guests are asked to follow a specific process and are told at check-in that the upgrade has been approved, the expectation is that the information provided is accurate and honored. This is not really about the room itself—it’s about trust, communication, and customer service. As a business owner, I understand that mistakes happen, but when a company offers something and customers follow the process exactly as instructed, the company should stand behind its communication. We visit resorts several times a year, and this is the first time we’ve experienced something like this. We also have friends arriving here in the next few days, and unfortunately, we’ll be making sure they are aware of our experience before making future reservations. For us, it may be better to return to the Gaylord Texan across the street, where we have stayed multiple times and have never encountered this type of issue. We hope management takes a closer look at how upgrade requests are communicated and handled so future guests do not experience the same frustration.

This was the horrible experience me and our family ever had. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. There was food on the floor from previous guests. There was hair in our ice bucket. The room was so dusty there was a layer of dust on the couch and over surfaces. My husband got bit from some sort of spider or insect while sleeping and his had is all red and infected. The guest services didn't do anything to help or make our stay better. They literally said thanks for letting us know so we can maybe do better!! Now, let's talk about the cesspool of the indoor waterpark. The wave pool was so disgusting. There was hair in the water and on the front were you walk into the pool. Also, there was slimy grime when you walk in which tells me you never clean it. There were pools of standing water and slimy grime all over the indoor waterpark. All the employees were standing around just talking we never saw anyone cleaning or picking up any trash or cleaning the floors to help the grime. It was all so disgusting and so disappointing. The food in the food court on the first floor was highly disappointing as well. The food was just ok it was just very bland not something I would ever eat again. Also, we paid the upcharge for the 32 oz drink but it only dispensed 24 oz. So that's a scam. All of my family got sick before leaving and we are still all sick from this disgusting place!!! Highly disappointed and would never recommend. I only included 2 photos simply because I did not have my phone in the waterpark or I would have more to show.

We had THE BEST time here! Everything is SO clean and the staff is amazing! Waterpark is a lot of fun and the lines didn't take long at all. There is plenty to do and events like dancing and storytelling. You can charge things to your room with your wristband. The room was quiet at night. I couldn't hear much other than an occasional door shut. I honestly can't wait to go back!
